Vaccination is recommended for adults at scheduled ages and phases of life (e.g. pregnancy) for optimal protection from vaccine-preventable diseases. Vaccines listed on the WA Immunisation Schedule are provided for free under the National Immunisation Program (NIP) (external site) and other state-funded programs.
Catch-up vaccines are available for refugee and humanitarian entrants who have not previously received doses or who do not have records of previously received doses.
WA Health and the National Immunisation Program provides RSV immunisations to eligible cohorts.
