Do you want to contribute to system change across the WA health system? Apply to be a WA member of the National Cardiac Registry Steering Committee.
This is an opportunity to contribute to system change while helping shape national cardiac care and quality reporting.
The steering committee oversees the registry, including its clinical indicators, dataset design, governance, and data drive quality improvement.
As a member of the steering committee, you will represent Western Australia to:
- understand and represent the interests of stakeholders
- take a genuine interest in the outcomes and overall success of the registry
- help to shape, support and deliver the goals, outcomes and initiatives of using national cardiac data
- understand the functions of the committee
- actively attend and participate in committee meetings and activities
- spread the message about the registry through advocacy and championing
- support open discussion and debate
- declare conflicts of interest and agree to maintain confidentiality.
You will attend quarterly steering committee meetings, review meeting papers, and contribute to out‑of‑session consultations and working groups.
