Service Agreement Budget Deed of Amendment 2020-21 – Abridged

As a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the WA State Budget was not delivered until 8 October 2020. The Service Agreement Budget Deed of Amendment 2020-21 for each Health Service Provider represents the changes to the previously executed 2020-21 Service Agreement (Interim) as a consequence of changes in the WA State Budget.
