COVID-19 update – 18 June 2020

The Department of Health is reporting one new case of COVID-19 overnight, bringing the State’s total to 603.

The new case relates to a person who returned from overseas travel and is in hotel quarantine.

There are currently two active cases in the State and 592 people have recovered from COVID-19 in WA.

Yesterday 807 people presented to COVID-19 clinics – 769 were assessed and 758 were swabbed.

To date there have been 152,603 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 26,672 were from regional WA.
