Health Procurement

The Health Procurement Directorate is responsible for the delivery of an efficient and effective procurement and contract management function to support and assist WA Health in achieving its purpose and goals. This is driven through a Category Management model of service that provides category streams responsible for contract planning, development implementation and management activities for Whole of Health clinical products/services and ICT contracts.

Initial points of contact for Health Procurement are:

  • Director – 6444 5182
  • ICT and Capital Equipment – 6444 5064
  • Category Director, Whole of Health Clinical Products and Services – 6444 5171

Department of Finance

Government Procurement (including Finance Health Cluster 2) has moved to a centralised support model for agency procurement. As part of the new centralised model, Finance Health Cluster 2 has relocated from St Georges Terrace to the Government Procurement head office at the Optima Centre, 16 Parkland Road, Osborne Park.

Government Procurement aims to provide a consistent level of procurement support to WA Health and will continue to work with Health representatives to assign appropriate resources where required. For any new procurement activities where Government Procurement involvement is required, please contact Rob Bycroft via email Robert.Bycroft@finance.wa.gov.au
