'creating a culture that values work life balance and equity'
Work Life Balance is the creation of a work environment that provides flexibility for employees to enable them to achieve a better balance between work, family and life commitments.
Building on five years of hard work by the State Health Advisory Committee on Work Life Balance (WLB), the Work Life Balance + Equity Unit is now fully operational. Visit the contacts page for details of the new Unit staff, including our WLB Consultants.
