All conference delegates consent and give permission to being photographed/video recorded and to allow the use of these photographs/video recordings to be used in the promotion of WA Health.
If you do not wish to be photographed/video recorded then it is your responsibility to notify the conference photographer or staff at time of request.
Lanyards
Please wear your lanyard at all times during the conference to get access to sessions and catering.

The dress code for the conference is smart casual.

What's included in your registration
Full conference including Awards dinner
Full conference registration includes access to all plenary and concurrent sessions on both days including the Awards dinner. Morning and afternoon tea and lunch will be provided throughout the conference.
Conference only
Conference only registration includes access to all plenary and concurrent sessions for either one or two days. Morning and afternoon tea and lunch will be provided.
Awards dinner only
Awards only registration includes entry to the dinner held on Thursday 15 November at 6.30 pm. The dinner is located on Level 3 in the BelleVue Ballroom 1.
Food and beverage
Conference delegates can enjoy a stand up menu of hot and cold creations and salads for lunch. A selection of coffee and tea will also be available during morning and afternoon tea breaks.
Awards dinner delegates will receive a three course menu and a selection of Western Australian wine, beer, orange juice and soft drinks.
Special dietary requests, including vegetarian options are available. If you did not put your requirement on your registration form, please contact us.

Lanyard collection (prior to conference)
Delegates can collect their lanyard with name badge and program overview from the Communications Directorate, Level 3, B Block, 189 Royal St, before the event on:

On arrival at the conference, delegates can also collect their lanyard at the registration desk, situated on level 2, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. The registration desk will be open:
