Communities of interest
Are you interested in joining a Community of interest?
Communities of interest are groups of people across a range of disciplines who share a common organisational goal to develop and implement cross-organisational plans to support and grow training opportunities. By participating in a Community of Interest you will:
- engage with a diverse range of stakeholders with a common interest
- help identify priorities for action
- participate in developing strategies to increase the quality and quantity of clinical placements
Please contact the WA Clinical Training Network team if you are interested in joining one of the following Communities of Interest:
- mental health
- Aboriginal health
- primary care
- country health
- aged and community care
- inter-professional learning.
As well as initiating the Community of Interest groups, the WA CTN aims to involve existing professional networks. If you belong to a professional network and would like to influence the Network’s direction, we would like to hear from you.
