COMMUNITY RESOURCES
Follow-up services for FDV survivors will vary according to the health site and the context of the original intervention. At an area health site or regional level the adoption of FDV Protocols and Minimum Standards would address some of the issues regarding continuum of care. The process of clarifying follow-up procedures is particularly relevant for those survivors who disclose violence to a health professional, but are unlikely to engage with other support services.
Community resources available at a regional level could be configured in a template such as the following.
