Part 1 (PDF 603KB) includes the Statement of Compliance, Director General's Executive Summary and compliance reports.  It also includes our purpose, our vision, service framework, services provided, accountable authority, pecuniary interests and management structure.

Part 2: Key Performance Indicators

Part 2 (PDF 471KB) includes the Key Performance Indicators Certificate Statement and Performance Indicators Audit Opinion for the year ended 30 June 2007. The Key Performance Indicators provide measurements of the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of services.

Part 3: Significant Issues and Trends

Part 3 (PDF 145KB) details the major achievements and highlights for the Department of Health under the priority areas of healthy workforce, healthy hospitals, health services and infrastructure, health partnerships, healthy communities, healthy resources, healthy leadership and also included in part 3 are the priorities for 2007-08.

Part 4: Operations
