Part 2: Achievements and Highlights

Part 2 (PDF 383KB) includes details of the achievements of the WA Country Health Service and major highlights during the year.

Part 3: Report on Operations

Part 3 (PDF 543KB) provides information on people and communities, the economy, the environment, the regions, governance human resources and reports on other accountable issues.

Part 4: Performance Indicators

Part 4 (PDF 597KB) includes the Performance Indicators Certificate Statement and Performance Indicators Audit Opinion for the year ended 30 June 2004.

The Key Performance Indicators provide measurements of the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of services where the management or funding of which is provided by the WA Country Health Service.
