How to apply for a parking permit

The process for applying for a parking permit varies between hospitals. In 2016 the application and payment processes for staff at Royal Perth Hospital, King Edward Memorial Hospital and Fremantle Hospital will be changing with the transition across to PAYG parking and the launch of the new electronic Parking Application Form. Staff at these sites will be fully informed of the changes via site based communications.

To apply for parking you will need to follow the relevant link below for your hospital and follow the instructions accordingly.

Staff working at the following hospitals are not required to pay for parking:

  • Armadale Hospital
  • Bentley Hospital
  • Graylands Hospital
  • Osborne Park Hospital
  • Rockingham General Hospital

Please note that Osborne Park Hospital and Rockingham General Hospital both operate independent staff parking permit systems. Whilst there is no charge for staff parking, staff are required to obtain a permit for authorisation. Please contact the respective hospitals directly for further information.

If your parking permit application is not successful, you have the right to appeal the decision. Please refer to appeals for additional information.

Parking Permits are valid for the period determined by Metropolitan Access and Parking Department.
