Personal stories by people with a mental illness, their families and friends

The diagnosis of a mental illness can be quite overwhelming for the individual, their family and friends. Often people feel alone, wondering if they will recover and what the future holds.

Although everyone’s experience is different it is often helpful to read other people’s stories. By sharing personal stories about living with a mental illness we can increase community understanding and reduce stigma and discrimination.

If you have a story you would like to share please contact us.
