This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
How does it work?
South West 24 is staffed by trained mental health professionals. The service is fully confidential. A language interpreter service can be arranged. If calling from a mobile, leave your number and we will return your call.
Who should use this service?
South West 24 helps people deal with depression, suicide, anxiety, drug use, alcohol abuse and other mental health concerns.
