About us

The Statewide Protection of Children Coordination (SPOCC) Unit has been established to:

  • provide support and advice to WA Health mandated reporters
  • lead the whole of health approach to the mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse
  • partner with all aspects of health service in furthering the protection of children in Western Australia

SPPOC is responsible to the Director for Child Safety.
