Who does this include?
All doctors, nurses and midwives must comply with this legislation.
What do I need to do?
It is your responsibility to meet the requirements of the legislation.
- All doctors, nurses and midwives working for WA Health must complete the mandatory reporting information session. This includes permanent, contract and part-time staff as well as visiting medical practitioners.
- Other doctors, nurses and midwives must follow the Department for Child Protection guidelines (external link).
