What happens if someone requests information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 1992?
Any request is exempt from disclosure if it contains information that would reveal or would tend to reveal the identity of a reporter.
Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 1992 provides that matter is exempt matter if its disclosure would reveal or tend to reveal the identity of anyone as a person who has made, or a person who is mentioned in, a report under the Children and Community Services Act 2004 section 124B(1).
