There are a wide range of AGREEMENTs involved in DOH business, including:
= employment contracts (with individuals)
= enterprise agreements (with unions or professional organisations)
= awards
= memoranda of understanding (with other government agencies)
= service level agreements (with private service providers)
= health service agreements (with the health services within DOH)
= service contracts
= purchasing agreements (with potential suppliers)
= other agreements
Each AGREEMENT is a HEALTH CARE SERVICE AGREEMENT, a PROJECT AGREEMENT, a PURCHASE AGREEMENT, a SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT or an OTHER AGREEMENT.

An AGREEMENT CONDITION is a provision making the effect of an AGREEMENT contingent upon a stipulated requirement being met.

Each BUDGET ELEMENT -

Each HEALTH CARE SERVICE AGREEMENT is a type of AGREEMENT.

Any statistic that is reported on within the Department of Health. Such measures are used chiefly to judge the health of the population or the performance of DOH or an organisational unit or a project within DOH.

- An ongoing agreement with a SUPPLIER to buy a range of items under predefined conditions
- A contract relating to the purchase of a specific set of goods and/or services. Such a contract may include conditions relating to Service Level Agreements
Each PURCHASE AGREEMENT is a type of AGREEMENT.
Each PURCHASE AGREEMENT -

Such an agreement normally applies to physical resources, and may include a warranty, service schedules and conditions as well as conditions covering availability of parts or response to service calls.
