This person is more than likely registered by a REGULATORY AUTHORITY (that is, a Registration Board).
Each HEALTH PROFESSIONAL -

A group of PERSONNEL MEMBERs that is formed to provide a particular service or set of services within the Department of Health.
These services may directly relate to providing care to CLIENTs (as in the case of a surgical team) or may be concerned with ancillary functions (as in the case of an equipment maintenance team).
Each HEALTH SYSTEM TEAM may have as a member one or more PERSONNEL MEMBERs.

Any incident that results in or has the potential to result in an injury to a STAFF MEMBER or CLIENT or an adverse event for a CLIENT.
Incidents generally have three possible components, which are generally treated differently.
1. Equipment Incidents: events in which an EQUIPMENT ITEM malfunctions so there is a potential danger to people. Medical device incidents are included here, some of which are notifiable.
2. Client incidents: unexpected events that may result in an adverse result for a CLIENT, such as a fall in hospital or the administration of incorrect medication.
3. Occupational health and safety incidents: events that threaten the safety of the workplace, or accidents that occur in the workplace.
Each INCIDENT -

Each INDIVIDUAL HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDER -

A notification relating to a serious workplace accident. Such event must be reported to the appropriate governent agency, currently Worksafe.
Each OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NOTIFICATION must be for only one INCIDENT.

A classification of the payrate associated with a set of hours worked.
This includes aspects of the hours worked such as (a) when they were worked (do weekend rates apply, was it the second part of a double shift), or (b) was the work done in a higher duties role.
Each PAYROLL ACTIVITY TYPE may have time allocated by one or more PERSONNEL MEMBERs.

A particular job role within an organisational unit of the WA Department of Health. A POSITION may, over time, be redefined in terms of the nature of the position, eg. a physiotherapist position may become a speech therapist position. They may also be transferred to other organisational units. A position may be vacant or it may be filled by one or more individuals.
A POSITION may relate to any number of Full Time Equivalents.

A VOLUNTEER is a PERSON who provides a service to clients but is not rewarded on any monetary basis. The services are not necessarily clinical in nature. They may be, for example, home visiting or driving services.
There is often a requirement to record details of the services provided by VOLUNTEERs and their identities known. VOLUNTEERs are in some cases subject to various checks, and may be covered by some form of agreement.
Each VOLUNTEER is a type of PERSONNEL MEMBER.
Each VOLUNTEER must be identified as only one PERSON.
