Note: You can make a complaint about an organisation other than the Department of Health WA (DOH) that is using data provided to them by the DOH WA. However, we cannot act on complaints about an organisation’s use of health data that was not provided to that organisation by the DOH WA or a public sector Hospital or Health Service.
