How to use the Search Functions

If you are unsure of the type of circular you are searching for select "Search all Circular Types". Alternatively, if you know the circular type select the correct type from the drop down list..

Circular Number
If you are unsure of the circular number leave it blank. Alternatively, if you know the circular number (eg. 1234/ 99 or 15/1) enter only the numbers before the forward slash into the Circular Number box (eg 1234 not 1234/99).

Category
If you are unsure of the circular category select "Search all Categories " from the Category drop down box. Alternatively, if you know which category the circular belongs to (eg. Clinical or Industrial) select it from the Category drop down list.

Date Range
If you are unsure of the publish date leave it blank. Alternatively, if you know roughly the date the circular was published you can select a date range from the calendar by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the appropriate dates. The month and year can be changed by clicking the down arrows and selecting from the drop down box. It is best practice to use the calendar for your date selection to ensure dates are entered in the correct format.

Keywords
The keywords facility will only search the circular title and abstract text, not the entire document. If the key words you are using are returning 0 documents try using more general terms.
