Catering Employees and Tea Attendants (Government) Award No. 34 of 1981
The Catering Employees and Tea Attendants (Govt) Award has been varied to reflect the first round Structural Efficiency Principal.
The variation amends Clause 22, Wages, increasing award rates by 3% effective on and from October 1, 1990.
As a result it is advised that rates of pay be adjusted forthwith. A copy of the amended rates is attached.
Various award amendments relating to allowances have also been increased but these variations will not take effect until the date of the Order being issued.
The variations in rates is to be be costed and advice forwarded to your Director, Health Region/Services1 on either form D1 Monthly Summary of Salary and Wage increases, or a similar form, to accompany your Management Report for the month of April. If no costs are incurred as a result of the variation a "NIL" return must be forwarded.
