WA Government Health Services Engineering And Building Services Award 2004 – Variation Of Allowance – Leading Hand Allowance
The Leading Hand Allowance rates in the WA Government Health Services Engineering and Building Services Award 2004 have been varied (reference 2014 WAIRC 00060).
Clause 18. Leading Hand Allowance of the WA Health Engineering and Building Services Industrial Agreement 2012 provides that those rates will be varied with any movement in the equivalent allowances in the abovementioned Award.
The following increases are effective from the first pay period on or after 3 February 2014.
18. LEADING HAND ALLOWANCE
18.1 An employee placed in charge of 3 or more other employees will, in addition to the employee’s ordinary salary, be paid –
(a) Not less than 3 and not more than 10 other employees - $43.60 per week.
(b) More than 10 and not more than 20 other employees - $58.50 per week.
(c) More than 20 other employees - $73.10 per week.
