WA Health Employee Grievance Resolution Policy
WA Health is committed to the equitable and timely resolution of employee grievances. A grievance should be resolved promptly in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation.
WA Health will ensure grievance resolution processes, actions and decisions comply with the Grievance Resolution Standard.
The revised WA Health Employee Grievance Resolution Policy has been amended to:
make provision for the resolution of harassment, discrimination and workplace bullying grievances
clarify responsibilities for employees, managers and Chief Executives.
The revised WA Health Employee Grievance Resolution Policy will be supported by local Health Service guidelines.
