Government Services (Miscellaneous) General Agreement 2010 - AG 3 of 2010
The Government Services (Miscellaneous) General Agreement 2010 (the Agreement) was registered by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission (WAIRC) on 30 July 2010. The Agreement replaces the WA Government Services (Miscellaneous) General Agreement 2007.
The Agreement is effective from the first pay period on or from 30 July 2010 with an expiry date of 31 December 2012.
Essentially the Agreement is a rollover agreement with an arbitrated outcome in relation to wage increases. Some allowances linked to wage increases have also been varied. Changes to the Agreement include salary and several allowance increases apply from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or from:
Employees whose employment ceased prior to 23 July 2010 are not entitled to payment of wages and conditions under this Agreement.
