Exit Survey Policy and Procedure
The WA Health Exit Survey and related policy and procedure were developed in consultation with key stakeholders across WA Health.
The purpose of the Exit Survey is to illicit information about an employee’s perception of their employment experience to enable the organisation to identify trends and develop strategies where appropriate. The de-identified information collected through the exit survey process will be reported to Area Health Services and used for workforce planning and management purposes.
The Exit Survey is to be made available to all staff exiting the service. The information collected is confidential and will be managed by an external contractor.
The Exit Survey Procedure outlines the process and roles of the delegated participants in the implementation, management and reporting of the exit survey facility.
For further information, contact your local Human Resource/Workforce Services representative.
