Employment Advertising Policy
The Employment Advertising Policy has been developed from a proposal endorsed by the Senior Health Executive Forum (SHEF) to limit WA Health recruitment advertising for individual jobs and instead run a regular advertisement in the recruitment sections of The West, The Australian and targeted Community and selected regional newspapers directing job applicants to an employment section on the WA Health website.
This policy applies to all Managers/Supervisors and staff who are required to recruit for and advertise positions (medical and non-medical) within WA Health, which incorporates the following entities:
