Business rules to maintain data integrity of HR Information Systems
On 1 December 2008 the State Health Executive Forum (SHEF) endorsed the development of business rules to:
1. Standardise HR processes across WA Health.
2. Allocate accountability for the quality and reliability of information.
3. Improve corporate governance practices.
Implementation of these business rules involve changes to existing Health Service and Health Corporate Network (HCN) procedures, and require HRIS clean-up actions.
Budget Holders and delegated officers are required to prepare for and make any necessary changes to comply with the following business rules and should contact their workforce branches/directorates for more information.
