Government Services (Miscellaneous) General Agreement 2007On 18 May 2007 the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission (WAIRC) registered the Government Services (Miscellaneous) General Agreement 2007 (the Agreement).
The Agreement replaces the Government Services (Miscellaneous) General Agreement 2005 and the Children’s Services Government General Agreement 2004. The Agreement applies throughout WA Health to employees engaged under the terms of the Catering and Tea Attendants (Government) Award 1982 and the Children’s Services (Government) Award 1989.

The Agreement is effective from the date of registration and is to be implemented in accordance with its terms and conditions. The following effective dates apply to the Agreement:
Employee’s whose employment ceased prior to the date of registration of the Agreement (18 May 2007) are not entitled to any retrospective application of the salary increase from the first pay period on or after 1 January 2007.
