Deferred Salary Scheme - Amended Policy and GuidelinesThe Deferred Salary Scheme is designed to provide employees the opportunity to self fund a period of 12 months’ leave as a means of balancing work, life and family obligations by receiving a reduced salary over the previous four years. Subject to the provisions of the relevant Award or Industrial Agreement, the Deferred Salary Scheme Policy and Guidelines apply to all persons employed within WA Health, which incorporates the following entities :- · Department of Health; The Policy and Guidelines have recently been amended to :- 1. Update reference to the relevant Awards and industrial Agreements; and 2.
