Annual Leave Loading Maximum - 2006
The Department of Consumer and Employment Protection (DOCEP) has advised that the maximum leave loading payable on annual leave is as follows:
The maximum annual leave loading that may be paid on four weeks’ annual leave commencing from 1 October 2005 is $1016.60.
The maximum amount for shift workers entitled to one weeks’ additional annual leave within their award is $1270.75 for leave commencing from 1 October 2005.
The maximum loadings prescribed above also apply to salaried officers commencing annual leave after 31 December 2005.
