The Department of Health is required to provide regular, comprehensive reports on staffing Full-time Equivalent (FTE) to government and central agencies.
To ensure that all FTE data is accurately captured, all Department of Health Budget Holders will adhere to the following process:
Detailed instructions on how to use the "Maintain Recoups" screen in the FTE System can be found in the FTE User Manual. This can be viewed online or downloaded from the HRIS Statewide website (FTE System > FTE User Guide).

Audit of FTE System
Internal Audit will undertake audits of the FTE Systems to check the accuracy and timeliness of information stored.
