Protein expression of dysbindin, PIP5K2a, AKT in lymphoblast cell lines from schizophrenic patients

We have lymphoblast cell lines available from the family sample where we obtained evidence for association of schizophrenia with these three candidate genes.

Specific antibodies will be used for detecting protein levels after electrophoresis and Western blotting in cell lines with evidence for association and compared to non-associated- and controls cell lines.
