When and where?
The forum will be held over two weekends (4 days):
2 – 3 August 2008
16 – 17 August 2008
The forum will be held at The Niche, 11 Aberdare Rd (cnr Hospital Ave), Nedlands Western Australia 6009.
How will it run?
People will learn about the issues, then discuss and reason with each other about their hopes and concerns, and the impact biobanks will have on them and on society. We will encourage discussions that respect the views of everyone and allow all voices to be heard.
The list of daily activities will be sent to confirmed participants closer to the time.
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided each day. A small cash payment will be made to cover costs such as child care, parking and travel.
