Bentley Health Service is authorised by the Health Department of Western Australia to be a provider of health services to the Bentley area of Perth. There is a formal agreement between the fund holder and this health service as to the services which are required to be provided and funds are allocated accordingly. While this agreement is designed to ensure that the Bentley Health Service meets the health needs of the population in the Bentley area, some mental health services are offered more widely.

The principal site is located near the junction of Albany Highway and Leach Highway in Mills Street, Bentley.
