Are you a healthcare professional wanting to know more about how best to manage wounds?

If yes, then WoundsWest Education is for you.

WoundsWest Education is an online interactive program designed by wound management experts.  The program will help you provide better patient care by improving your ability to prevent and manage wounds.

This evidence-based program is free and can be used anytime - day or night.

As an RCNA endorsed program, you can now receive CNE points from the Royal College of Nursing Australia for completion of the modules. Visit the RCNA 3LP program (external site) and learn more about CNE points for WoundsWest Online Education.

You can move through each module at your own pace:

  1. Test your current knowledge with a quiz
  2. Use a case study to carry out a wound assessment and devise a management plan or
  3. Start from the beginning and enjoy your journey.

Take a look and start learning – we suggest that you start with the Core Module, as the satellite modules build on the fundamentals in the Core Module.

We will continue to add more satellite modules to our program including surgical, trauma, obstetric, malignant and dermatology wounds.

The best Internet browser to view the WoundsWest Education program is Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher or Firefox 4.0.
