1. Review of Agreements and Memoranda

   The Agreements and Memoranda provide that the terms will be reviewed every two years (clause 19.2, Nursing and Midwifery, Medical) or five years (clause 21.2, Allied Health, Pharmacy) or “at other times by mutual agreement of the parties”. The introduction of the National Registration Scheme will require a number of amendments to be made to the documents. Reviews that are due in 2010 have been deferred pending the introduction of the new legislation. It is expected that the deferred reviews will be conducted before June 2011.
