Public Service and Government Officers General Agreement 2014 - Variation
The Public Service and Government Officers General Agreement 2014 (General Agreement) was registered by the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission (WAIRC) on 16 September 2014.
The General Agreement expires on 12 June 2017 and provides for the following salary increases:
Employees whose employment ceased prior to 16 September 2014 are not entitled to retrospectivity of the salaries or conditions under this General Agreement.
On 12 February 2015 the WAIRC issued an Order varying the General Agreement to correct a number of minor typographical errors. The variations took effect on and from 1 January 2015.
The Order varies the following Clauses:
