This Operational Directive (OD) supersedes Operational Circular (OP) 1779/04 and has been updated to reflect changes in contact details as well as in instructions on how to record recoups into the Full-time Equivalent (FTE) System.
1. All recoups, both hours and dollars, must be entered into the FTE system (no exceptions).
2. All FTE system transactions to be finalised by the third working day of the following month to support extraction and reporting deadlines imposed on Budget Holders for monthly 5th Day outputs.
3. Where recoups relate to FTE System pay months that have already been closed, these transactions should be entered in the current month.
Alternatively, should you require any assistance, contact David Harbinson at Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Support on 1300 657 426.
