Purchased Leave Guidelines for Support Workers
The purpose of this Circular is to provide guidance on the application of Clause 43 – Leave Options of the WA Health – United Voice – Hospital Support Workers Industrial Agreement 2012 (“the Industrial Agreement”).
With the agreement of the Employer, eligible employees may reduce their ordinary earnings and purchase up to an additional four weeks’ leave per year. The attached Guidelines provide how purchased leave will be administered.
