Purchased Leave Guidelines - Hospital Salaried Officers
The purpose of this Circular is to provide guidance on the application of Clause 33.19 – Purchased Leave of the WA Health - Health Services Union – PACTS – Industrial Agreement 2011 (“the Industrial Agreement”).
With the agreement of the Employer, eligible employees may reduce their ordinary earnings and purchase up to an additional ten weeks’ leave per year. The attached Guidelines provide how purchased leave will be administered.
