Premiers Circular Ė developing and making written submissions to national inquiries
This directive is to ensure that all employees are aware of the Premiers Circular regarding processes for developing and making written submissions to National Inquiries.
This Policy applies to all employees within WA Health entities including:
Staff are advised of the need to follow the process for developing and lodging submission to National Inquiries as outlined in Premier’s Circular 2010/03 Developing and Making Written Submissions to National Inquiries.
The Premier’s Circular also refers to the Public Sector Commissioner’s Circular 2010/03 Policy for Public Sector Witnesses Appearing before Parliamentary Committees.
